Prices shown in this website are subject to change without notice. We endeavour to keep prices as stable as possible. You will always be charged the lowest applicable price, which is to saythat if you place an order for a product that comes down in price before we ship it, you will be charged the lower price. If anything is done wrong, we’ll do our best to fix it as fast as possible.
Back Orders
Australia: If we are out of stock on an item, please let us know if you want us to back order the item and send it when we can. The rest of the items on the order will be charged at the time they are sent out. Those items placed on back order will then be shipped out freight free as soon as they arrive, to Australian destinations.
International: Bluewater cannot do freight free back orders on orders being shipped to international addresses, except by special arrangement. If the back order option is chosen, those items not shipped with the original order will be processed as a new order once those out of stock items are available. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the delivery cost of the back order. We will work with you on this.
Custom Orders

. Bluewater requires a 50% deposit on all custom orders, and cannot accept returns. We will do our very best to ensure your satisfaction.
Liability
Not having control over the use of the products, we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we, or the seller, liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Prices shown are subject to change without notice.
Method of Payment
Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, money order or bank transfer. All payment must be made prior to shipment of merchandise.

within 14 days of receipt for a return authorisation. Please do not attempt to return anything without an authorisation number. All goods being sent for return must be received back within 28 days of original receipt. Returns received after 28 days and/or without a return authorisation are subject to a restocking fee (up to 30%). For non-defective items returned within 28 days in unused re-saleable condition, we will refund or credit the entire amount (not including freight). Undamaged, non defective items returned outside their original, sealed packaging will not be accepted for return. Books, videos, custom products and special orders cannot be accepted for return.

. When reporting damages, be sure to hold all containers and packaging materials for inspection. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
