Just wanted to say a big thanks to Neil for going out of his way to find what is probably the only Saltist 6500H available on the shelves in WA for me yesterday. Awesome!
Our guys fishing for squid, dead calm night, taking nothing. Went to Kanji Clicks Under 2s squid jigs bought from you. 10 squid on under 2’s in 5 minutes,could see the squid and they were spooked by every thing else. Great jig.
Wow... ordered at 3:30pm Friday and its at my office Monday morning before I even get in.

The rod has arrived in perfect condition as I would have expected, and am
very pleased with it. I can`t wait to load her up!

Just a quick note re Bluewater. Hal your father should be proud (last I heard he was still fishing) . Your efforts to build a trusted brand from a one shop base have been extraordinarily successful in the face of challenges from very large national concerns. As a consumer let me assure you that it is held in high regard in the fishing community. Your newsletter is great addition as even if you cant get out fishing as often as you like ,as most small business owners, it is still a nice diversion to read it each week and feel like you're still in touch. The stores are beautifully laid out and reflect your many travels over the years to the trade shows and overseas destinations combined with a lot of careful thought and planning.
Finally I must complement you on the staff training as I have always been delighted with both the standard of service and the advice offered on my regular visits over the years. Maintaining such standards are very difficult in these times of short labour supply.
Just wanted to advise I received the package yesterday afternoon in perfect condition.

Absolute pleasure doing business with you . If you could hear some of the horror stories I have had and am having with the US internet shops . Would send shivers down your spine.
Real pleasure mate.
Purchased a $3.95 squid jig from your store last week in an attempt to retrieve an electrical cable that had dropped 80 feet down a 100mm bore casing making it impossible to pull the pump out.
Went fishing with the jig and this is what I caught after a couple of minutes. I believe it is a record for the three phase, three horsepower category. Thanks for your assistance.

I ordered that handle over their website at about 2pm on Wednesday, and it was in my mail box by lunchtime the next day. Less than 24 hours after the internet order !
